I can't go into all of the details, it's too lengthy but he left before it was finished. Kept our money and never paid his subcontractors. He left in September when heat is almost needed and we had to pay off plumbing and electrical to get heat in the house before it became inhabitable. With two small children, this was the biggest nightmare. We are still 30k in the hole and are fighting to regain our financial balance even four years later. Shame on him for looking us in the eye and stealing our money. May he rot in h*** where he belongs.

Roof and gutters were replaced in timely manner.  Inspection was never filed for or completed.  Bathroom was gutted and never finished.  Never returned deposit for Bathroom remodel and disconnected all phone lines.
