Brendin Lange never pulled permits as required by local law and state licensing regulations. His work crew was sloppy, failing to protect the house and shrubery as they removed the old roof. The first heavy rain storm after he stated he completed his work, major leaking occurred around the chimney. An informal inspection by a city inspector confirmed Brendin Lange's team failed to perform the work around the chimney up to code. This required me to hire another roofing contractor to fix Brendin Lange's work. I am submitting a complaint to the state against his HIC license.

TOTAL RIP OFF TOOK ALL THE MONEY DIDN'T PAY SUB CONTRACTORS IN FULL AND QUIT WITH OUT FINISHING MY HOME THE WORK HAD TO BE ALL REDONE I HOPE THIS HELPS THE NEXT PERSON FROM BEING RIPPED OFF

"Member, The only money owed to subs was on change orders you agreed to and then decided you didnt want to pay for the agreed change orders. I left the job after Member not only threatened my life, but physically assaulted me over money dispute on change orders. Thanks. Brendin Lange President/Project Manager"
