It went extremely well!  Bob's work was of utmost top quality!  He is a true professional who is a perfectionist!  He is very punctual.  He is very easy to work with.  Every time I would find something else around the house that needed fixing, I would point it out to Bob and he would gladly fix it and fix it right!  I would highly recommend him to anyone needing someone who really knows what he is doing, and does it right, the first time!

From the outset to the completion, working with Bob was a pleasure. He was meticulous in the planning and design and was very creative in the creating the right job for us based on our budget and time. He spent hours designing, sending us sketches of the job and discussing what would be done. His work and work ethic are beyond reproach, which is rare amongst the contractors I've dealt with. His scheduling was right on and he took exactly the amount of time he had initially speculated. The finished product is nothing less than spectacular and we couldn't be happier.
