 + -1 moreIt went extremely well! Bob's work was of utmost top quality! He is a true professional who is a perfectionist! He is very punctual. He is very easy to work with. Every time I would find something else around the house that needed fixing, I would point it out to Bob and he would gladly fix it and fix it right! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing someone who really knows what he is doing, and does it right, the first time!
Description of Work: Replaced multiple outside rotting window sills. Repaired cement platform at bottom of stairs to deck. Spread crushed stone under deck and out by street. Installed lattice under deck. Repaired shed door. Repaired kitchen cabinet door so that it would close properly. Repaired garage door that I had backed into and garage door service man could not repair. Greased garage door and made adjustments so door would close properly. Repaired central air conditioner in attic leaking water down through kitchen ceiling. Discovered that our roofer, who replaced our roof a year ago, failed to cut paper at roof ridge vent, failing to allow air to escape from attic. Bob installed insulation to unheated attic walls.

 + -1 moreFrom the outset to the completion, working with Bob was a pleasure. He was meticulous in the planning and design and was very creative in the creating the right job for us based on our budget and time. He spent hours designing, sending us sketches of the job and discussing what would be done. His work and work ethic are beyond reproach, which is rare amongst the contractors I've dealt with. His scheduling was right on and he took exactly the amount of time he had initially speculated. The finished product is nothing less than spectacular and we couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: Bob designed built, assembled, and installed a custom built shelving unit in our family room. He also help us obtain the best possible price on other elements of the job.
