They did an adequate job closing the pool. This was the second year I had Easton Pool and Spa close my pool. I was very happy with the job they did the first year. However, based on the cost I thought the work was a bit sloppy this year. Some examples of the sloppy job follows. I have a loop lock cover on my pool which connects to the pool deck with straps. They didn't attach two of the straps which I then had to attach myself. They had to remove sections of a removable safety fence to install the pool cover. When they replaced the fence sections they did so in a way that prevented one of the gates from closing properly. Something else that I had to fix. I don't feel that the work they performed was worth the cost. I won't use them to close my pool again.

The Easton Pool liner replacement representative (Mike Quinn) was very friendly and helpful. He visited with us several times (accommodating our schedule) to discuss options and costs. We described that we needed the liner replaced and asked about replacing the stairs into the pool as well. Mike suggested several options at various price points. We finally settled on what we wanted done and Easton Pool was responsive all the way through the job. We experienced some delays with the concrete company. When I reported those delays to Mike at Easton Pool he called the concrete company for my and got the project moving again. There were no surprises on this project, Easton Pool did everything as agreed. Easton Pool does quality work. We might have payed a little more than with somebody else but we've always had quality interactions with Easton Pool and got a high quality job done.
