I called for an estimate of junk removal for my parents' home/garage. They are downsizing and there is over 40 years of junk to sort through. I called and spoke with Bob and he was pleasant and courteous and mentioned pictures were helpful. I sent pictures to his email and a listing of the major items for removal. Bob responded quickly and gave me an estimate with the understanding it may be more or less upon inspection. He was in the area and asked if he could start with the first round of removal. He arrived on time and was quick to load the truck. He agreed to return and do several runs which was acceptable and preferred as we are still sorting. I was thrilled to see that this company is made up of Firefighters/EMT personnel. Their Facebook page was a major contributor to our decision to work with them.
