Craig was prompt in his initial response and came and overall had a competitive price. Initially we talked about keeping a few of the bushes in the front of the house but when the other ones were taken out it was obvious that all bushes need to be removed and replaced. No problem. I bought bushes and he had he’s guys install them and I paid the extra price. Through out his guys being onsite I had to monitor and keep on top of them for the yard clean up. Whether it was truly cleaning up the back corner and really removing everything or cleaning up rocks off the lawn from a trench they dug. All this work cost about 1400 plus cost of bushes which was reasonable. I then needed a retaining wall built and rather quickly. The quote was 2000 for the work and I reached out several times via text and phone. I finally texted I will give you 2500 if you can do it Monday. This was on a Friday. They then responded. I told them I needed it right away and think they should have just priced they in the quote rather then me chase then and offer more. Nevertheless I was in a bind. On Monday and Tuesday they came and did the work. Again, I need to monitor to make sure it was completed the way it needed to be. At the end of the job there were was one end cap for the retaining wall that was showing a piece of rebar and rusted and I asked for an new one. I also asked that the end of the wall connecting to the house foundation be sealed (part of Original plan). I paid the full 2500 on the last day. I followed up about 5 times. No one ever came back and put on a new end cap or sealed the wall between the house and retaining wall. Bottom line I would not choose CMAC to do any work every again and if I were you I would steer clear.
