The guy who came out was nice enough but he didn't instill complete confidence that he would be able to fix the problem. It was a lot of money I feel for taking a chance that this would work. He didn't seem to have encountered this problem before - I was getting brown rust stains on clothes when the got stuck in the space around the drum in the back of the dryer. So, if this worked, it will be money well spent. But $225 for an hour's work and one part seemed expensive to me.
