Great! Adam called the day before to remind us. Called the day of to tell us that he was nearby (a few minutes early). Came in, looked at the jobs, provided an estimate and upon acceptance began to get to work. He is polite and professional and takes great pride in his work. Two hours later the furniture and rug look like new, and he and his equipment were gone. This is the second time we have used his service and expect to see him again, once the pets get too much for the furniture.
