The repairman arrived early, evaluated the machine and fixed it. It only needed little rubber cups on the bottom, a simple fix. Haven't needed a repairman in a while, it seemed a bit expensive, but overall a good experience. The repairman was courteous and pleasant.

Great experience. Recognized we had a timing problem and he was willing to accommodate our needs. Very professional and the finished product was perfect. Would definately use him again.

Washing machine wouldn't empty out. Bill identified the problem in about 30 seconds. Had to order part. Got part in approximately 2 days and came out on a Saturday to put it in. Installation of part only took about 1/2 hour. Very satisfied with his punctuality and no nonsense approach.

He came right away, on time. He was very nice and did a good job. I thought he was a bit expensive. The dish washer did not need much work but the dryer did and there were the parts, I do not know what the parts were.

Had intermittent problem with washer and a bearing noise from dryer. Phone answered promptly, scheduled for next day, on time. Honest answer regarding issue with washer in that the "head" piece of the washer was one unit and had to be replaced in total and that it wasn't worth it. Serviced and cleaned dryer, replaced bearings. Pleasant, efficient and the cost was reasonable.

They were honest about the washing machine. They were honest and upfront about what it would cost with the choices that we had. They reset my dryer correctly. Thye took time to reset my dryer so that it was done correctly. I didn't have any problem since then. They offer same day service. If something is not under warranty, they are the only people I call. They were fine on quality. Whatever you get done from them, you never have to call them back. I would use them in the future.
