It's been great since. I can't remember if it was a weekend they came out, something like that, but they were fantastic. And then they couldn't order the part until Monday, and it didn't come in until like Wednesday, but as soon as it came in, they installed it. They were fantastic. Great company. They really know their stuff and they're very professional, easy to work with.

They came out promptly at scheduled time. They responded very quickly to my initial request. The person who came out was very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and gave me a detailed estimate.

We had called a couple of other companies on Anges List but they weren't able to schedule us in on short notice.

We called Hall Plumbing and Heating yesterday afternoon about having our leaky toilet fixed and they were able to fit us in. The appointment was scheduled for Friday morning (6/6/2014) with the plumber calling to let us know he was on his way. As expected, Jon called prior to his arrival and was at our door at the time he stated. He evaluated the problem and determined that the wax ring needed to be replaced. Jon replaced the ring with no fuss or muss. Once the repair was finished, he double-checked his work, packed up and left leaving the bathroom as clean as it was when he arrived. Through the entire process, Jon was cheerful and professional, answering our questions about what he was doing and why..

Total time onsite was less than hour.

We have absolutely no reservations/concerns about recommending Hall Plumbing and Heating.to anyone who needs to have plumbing work done.

We have known Lee Hall for 40+ years and have been pretty pleased with the service we have received, even though he is a little high on his prices, I would still use him.

That went very well. I was satisfied with the work that they did. I guess I found them professional and friendly. And they came with their appointment, they made an appointment and they fulfilled it, they came on time.

They were very accommodating with the timing. When I called them I got a human being on the phone, which made me very happy. Our disposal was old, and I knew we needed a new one. There were a lot of good things about the experience. The disposal they installed is very nice.

Overall the experience was awful. I called and spoke with their call service on 2/18 around 8am. I told the woman my problem and she said she would have someone get back to me. I got a call back quickly from someone named Bob and I explained the situation to him. Bob said that he would have someone out their by 11am to look at it, and that he would have the guy call me before he started work on my sink so that I knew the cost. 12pm, I haven't received a call. I go home to check if the plumber is still working on it. I don't see anybody or any work orders. I call the answering service back to ask whats going on, and before I can even ask what the status is I'm rudely told by the operator. "They're out of the office right now, you'll have to call back at 1:30." I'm angry now because I'm paying for their service and I'm being talked down to. I call back at 1:45pm. Veronica answers. I don't know if she is the one I talked to earlier or not. She at least tried to help me figure out what was going on, and said she would have someone call me back. Approx. 4:45pm I get a call from Mike the plumber. "Hey, I checked your kitchen sink and the clog is somewhere closer to the septic, so with your permission I'd like to find the pipe in the yard and root it from there." Then he asks me "Is it alright if I so tomorrow? (2/19) I'll call you before I start" I said alright. Friday comes, I hear nothing! I never get a phone call! I didn't have any work orders at my house. I assume this guy never showed. Saturday rolls around and I'm leaving for a business trip on Sunday. I have to fix the clog. I didn't know that Mike actually showed up. So I go down into the crawl space under my house and start snaking the pipe myself. I do this for half an hour. I test the sink and it works. Great, I think I've saved myself some money. The next Monday I call Hall and tell them I don't need there services I fixed it myself. Friday I get a call from Mike. "Hey I'm sorry I never called you but I heard around the office that you called and said you fixed it yourself?" The shortened conversation went like this: I fixed it. Sorry I never told you I fixed it. That will be $183.88. Great! So not only did I not save myself any money, I wasted my own time, and all he had to do was make a simple two minute phone call. Overall the service was the worst, they never did what they said they would. I can't recommend them. Find somebody else.
