It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Fernandez Construction Company.à   They have a very professional, hard-working crew.à   They were very careful with our property and put everything back in its place.à   Mr. Fernandez showed up everyday to check on progress of their work I would recommend Fernandez Construction Company for any project.à   They are professional and do quality work.

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Fernandes Construction. The crew that arrived at our house took the time to put down tarps, and worked with care around our plantings. The work of Valdi and his Fernandes Construction crew is truly exceptional. Not only are they skilled professionals, but they are also master craftsmen. My husband and I purchased a vacation home that needed to be completely resided with wood cedar siding. The work was absolultely stunning. In addition, Fernandes Construction did all of the trim work, Azek steps front & back, installed 7 new windows, a vinyl picket fence, as well as a cupola. As we live out of state, Valdi communicated with us every step of the way and sent photos to update us often. The timeliness of this company is exceptional. Valdi told us what would take place and he met every single deadline. The company's professionalism is unparalleled, and Valdi's customer service is phenomenal. He wants his clients to not just be pleased, but to be totally delighted with the work. His crew is polite, conscientious and dedicated to completing stellar work. My husband and I recommend Fernandes Construction 100%. In fact, our new neighbors are highly impressed with his work, too. We are huge fans of Fernandes Construction!!!!!

The experience I had working with Valdi and his people was like nothing I ever experienced before. Valdi and his people were the nicest and most professional people I have worked with and their workmanship in every aspect of the job, Roof, Siding and trim work was superior. Each day prior to leaving all materials & scrap were cleaned up with nothing left laying around. This review form only allows for 5 Stars, and I would easily give them 10 Stars. With all the rain and wind we have had lately, I am now thrilled to say there is no leaking anywhere! They also repaired my roof around my chimney and another skylight as well. These had been leaking for a while and now I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend them.

Valdi and his team did a wonderful job installing Hardie Board siding and Azek trim to our house. Their quote was very reasonable and cost came in just as estimated. The work crews were well-trained and hard-working. They arrived at 7:00 am and worked until dark, 6 days per week to get the job done. Valdi was excellent at communications. He thoroughly explained the job and responded quickly to any questions in person, on phone or text. We strongly recommend Fernandes Construction for quality, cost, service and communication. Valdi and his team were excellent! So responsive. I called for a quote and he was there that day, Communication was always quick and professional. The quality of work could not have been better. The guys arrived early and left late. Finished the job by working every day. The work ethic of this group is top notch. Polite, respectful and hardworking. I could not have been more pleased. Valdi & his crew were just plain excellent. He and his team were trained by Hardie experts and their workmanship clearly reflects that. Careful measurements prior to starting to avoid any siding seams above windows and doors is just one example of their thoroughness & prep. They were also fast, resourceful, and quick to call me with options for challenges that presented themselves. And, after my major install was completed, he quickly came back to help install some vent blocks and fix a damaged board by an electrician. I highly recommend Valdi and his team for any job utilizing Hardie siding and trim; you will be delighted with the outcome.

I was extremely pleased with the quality and customer experience with Valdi and his team. Both his siding and window/ door guy Sylvio were very professional. Their attention to cleaning up worksites, along with putting in long hours to accomplish the job within the agreed upon times were exceptional. Although we have a couple of follow ups due to the window manufacturer, I’d highly recommend these guys and plan on using them in the future.

We hired them to replace the front siding and trim. During the work, Valdi noticed some rot on the side of the garage which he brought to my attention. He went out and purchased the extra material he needed and took care of the issue that day. He and his crew worked hard and were able to finish the project over a weekend, with some long days put in. I highly recommend them.

We appreciated not only the work completed quickly but the beautiful shingle work itself.. Gentlemen and professionals ...neat and clean. They started early every day and cleaned up at the end of each day. We would recommend Valdi to friends.
