We have helped you with two moves . Both moves came in right at the estimated price. Per our notes and phone conversations your first move went perfectly , witch is most likely your reason for using our company for your second move almost three weeks later. All our employees are full time year round movers , our training program far exceeds any of our competitors . I appreciate your feed back this will help us as a company moving forward . I was made aware of a piece of marble being damaged . The marble was not packed or crated by Compass Moving . We can only be responsibly for items we pack . As explained to every customer before every move , the valuation of your shipment must be determined before your move. The valuation you chose was .60 cents per pound per article this was at no charge to you . You did have the option to chose a higher valuation for full replacement , witch unfortunately your marble would still not have been covered due to another company packed it . We did still honor the valuation that you chose , .60 cents per pound your marble weighed 58 lbs we did send a check for $36 . I understand that is not enough to replace the marble , this does exceed the terms of our contract please feel free to call and speak to me directly . John Hardy"

After reviewing your move I was surprised to find you were not happy with our service . your move was estimated at $4106.80 your actual charge came in at $3413 . a savings of$693.08 . All our employees are trained and experienced packers and would never throw items in boxes. . We have never received any complaint regarding damage to any item we packed on your move. As for our employees smoking they are not permitted to smoke on company vehicles or on customers property . Please call us with any concerns you may have .As our reputation is very important to us .
