Owner was very polite showed me what he would be was doing. Contractor was very reasonable with his estimates. And stayed with in his costs. I would hire hire this contractor again.

Tony along with his crew and sub-contractors are very professional and easy to work with - the work is always very good and the prices always fair.  We have been working with Tony since 2013 and will use him again in the future.

The project turned out beautifully.  I am very happy with the quality of the work that was done.  Everything was finished out nicely and did a great  job cleaning up afterward.  Tony is a pleasant, polite person to work with as well as his helper. Highly recommended.

Initially we thought completing a basement in the winter would be a mutually beneficial thing to do. However, our property proved to be a difficult terrain to work with and this past blizzard-filled winter made even harder, but Tony persisted and arrived on time, and worked around our tough area. His carpentry skills are excellent, we use him now for most of all our projects.

This project went very smoothly and I would definitely use Tony again.  Tony was a pleasure to deal with, he always showed up on time, the work was completed right on schedule, and I thought the work was done to a very high standard.  No complaints whatsoever.

Tony and his crew did a wonderful job on this house, very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.  They had to replace the front wall of the house because it was in really bad shape. I have dealt with other contractors on the Cape and had some really bad experiences, so I was very reluctant this time,  but things couldn't have been any better.

  I also had them replace 10 windows, two doors and shingle three sides of the house.  I am very impressed and will call them with the next project.  Awesome job !!

Tony was timely. responsive, professional and efficient. The workmanship was excellent. He is all business. Showed up with his assistant and went right to work. Found roof leaks and repaired them so the problems would not continue.

They did a great job quickly and on short notice.  Installed a suspended
ceiling with usual materials and also covered all duct work.
Used high quality materials and went above and beyond
what I expected.   Highly professional and friendly.  Cleaned up afterwards.  GREAT !

Tony was responsive, very easy to work with and a master craftsman. He demonstrated great attention to detail, involved me in all decisions and left the area very clean. He initially thought he could get the work done in time for Thanksgiving - that didn't happen in part because of weather (he needed to do finish work outside) and it took a little longer to finish than expected once he was on site but I would rather work with someone who takes the time to do it right than someone who rushes the job.

It has been a pleasure working with Tony on a project that has lasted months.  He has a low-key, no-nonsense manner, is flexible and professional.  The estimate was clear and easy to understand.  Work has been good quality.  He has been flexible and accommodating of our occasional delays in making design decisions - adaptable.   Trustworthy.  We are not living in the house as it is being worked on, but feel comfortable giving him access to the house.   Just a good, reliable person.  Would definitely hire again.

Excellent work and a quality person to have work on projects. We will be considering him for even bigger projects in the near future!

Tony came on day/time agreed to. He worked throughout day to complete both projects. Professional, top notch! All work area both inside and outside fully cleaned at the end of the day. Two projects, will call Tony again too!

it went exceptionally well.  One minor correction, that couldn't have been foreseen, needed to done several months later.  Tony came in a timely manner and fixed the problem.  We couldn't be more pleased with the work.

Tony and his crew worked on a variety of jobs, small and large, over several months for me. All work was professionally done. Prices seemed quite fair. To the extent a fine detail needed slight refinish, Tony was happy to keep working until I was fully satisfied. He's been in the business a long time and can give feedback on various options for repairs or renovations, depending on budget. I would recommend his services.

It went well, it took some time to get the project started because Tony's team is in high demand. But we were ok to wait because Tony did many projects for us previously and we were not willing to settle for anyone else.
The end result was exactly as we hoped and even better. The designs and pictures were followed precisely.  Tony also recommended a great plumber who we still work with a lot and he installed a hot water heater and the faucet.

It went very well! Tony was a pleasure to work with: responsive, punctual, polite, friendly, trustworthy (often we were not home while work was being done). He was easy going about minor modifications and requests as they arose. There were no unexpected problems, all was done just as described to completion and on time, and the work site was fully cleaned up afterward.

Tony is great.  A real professional.  We originally hired him to replace sliders and then, since he did such a great job we had him replace some columns and install shutters.  Work is A+.  He is busy so you need to be patient but it's worth the wait.  His prices are very reasonable and you know the job is being done correctly.

The end result turned out fine but it took longer than what I would have liked. He was very professional. He just need to be very involved in managing his time.

Tony faced a challenging job installing new windows in a our very old uneven walls.  He puzzled through the difficulties with which he and his crew were confronted. He was very analytical, resourceful and innovative in adjusting to and addressing the various challenges which arose through the course of the project. Work product was excellent.
Late spring on Cape Cod is a very busy time for all contractors. Our rental season was fast approaching and Tony had promised to get the job done in time. He kept his word.  He and his workers did a beautiful job and we are thrilled with the result.  We highly recommend Tony Quinn Construction!

 well; address any mold or mildew that was behind the wall in the study; and then paint the upstairs bathroom (including cabinets)  and master bedroom.  

The crew arrived on the date that they said they would and worked very efficiently and effectively over several days and completed the work on time. The only glitch was that the painters forgot to put back some of the items that they had taken down to paint. I called Anthony, and he apologized profusely, rushed over to the house,  saw what needed to be done, and later resolved the issue.

This is a highly professional firm, easy to work with, and very good at what they do. I don't have much of a means for comparison of price -- whether someone could have done as good a job for a lower price -- but my feeling is that for all the work that they did and for the quality, I felt very comfortable about the price and felt that it was worth what I had paid. 

I will definitely call Anthony Quinn again for any and all future construction projects on my home.
