Our radon project was to prepare my parents' home for sale in an unusual home that other mitigation companies wouldn't work on. This caused a lot of anxiety for them. I was coordinating from the W Coast and Jim was very responsive. We looked at the project when I was visiting and he came up with a cost-effective plan that allowed us to start with what we hoped would work, and a plan B if it was not sufficient. He did the work, re-measured the levels, adjusted the fans, and tweaked the system until it was working optimally, all in the initial plan. We never had to go to plan B and he did not charge us for the additional visits. My mom was very impressed with Jim's attention to customer service and the eventual buyer of the home was happy with him as well. The process of moving was very difficult for my parents, and Jim did his part to fix a major concern.
