All of the jobs came out excellent and he tagged all the lines he touched for future identification. The soldering connections were clean and smooth and the jobs were all done in a little over an hour. The pipes were secured with new hangers and no longer vibrate or move loosely. I was treated very professionally from the original estimate to job completion. It was a bit pricier than I expected but it was also a job well done.

I called ASAP and they were able to get a plumber here the following day. They told me he'd show up between 8am and 10am - he showed up at 7:50. He took a look, agreed that it was probably the flange. Showed me the price list of what the work would cost, and then went to work. All fixed and like new in less than an hour. Josh was our service person, and he was prompt, professional, and amiable. We've used ASAP in the past, and use them for a rental property we own. They're great. Highly recommend!

Responded quickly.  Tech appeared to know what he was doing.  Worked on air flow to keep the inside unit from freezing.  Was here a little less than 2 hours.  No parts used.  I felt the price was a little high for what they did.  They work from a price list they have developed.  Other than that they were fine.

They came that day and took care of it at a reasonable cost.

They were here on time.  the work was done quickly and cleanly.  This is not the first time we have used them.  Very personable techs.  We needed this timed along with other work that was being done in that bathroom.  It all worked out perfectly.  Not cheap but worth the price.

They were ridiculously expensive! The estimate given for replacing our kitchen faucet was several hundred dollars. We are a 60 year old and 58 year old woman with no prior plumbing experience. We ended up going to Home Depot and buying what we needed for less than $75. We then did the work ourselves in about 20 minutes. These guys bill by the job and have some special chart that tells them what each job will cost. If you are an elderly person or couple with money and are looking for thoroughness and peace of mind when it comes to many facets of home repair and upkeep, these are your guys. BUT IT WILL COST YOU!!!

These guys were excellent. They showed up on time with multiple individuals to make sure the job went expeditiously and without hitch. They were clean, polite and respectful of my home.

Technician was prompt and courteous. He found the source of an upstairs leak that had spread to the downstairs. He kept us informed and consulted us during each step. He made some suggestions for follow-up work to bring the fixtures up to code that we also went with.

In general I think that Asap Services Inc is good. They recommended a high-efficiency hot water heater. We were intending to have solar panels fitted which didn't arrive and the water heater was part of that project. Asap were very punctual, you can call them and they can come up pretty much in a heartbeat which is great. I don't really know what to compare their price to, they seem fair. The technicians are well-mannered and they give you an estimate of what things are going to cost. The work we've had them in for comes very close to what they project as cost.

They ended up getting a replacement in Germany and helped us to have the warranty honored. They did the installation and we were pleased with the results.

Had to tear down a closet wall to get to the pipe that was leaking. Put in a new pipe and also put in new shower fixtures. Had to come back one more time to resolve a small leak in another area. They did a great job resolving the problem. They came quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. Also explained everything in detail.

The appointment was scheduled right away and they showed up on time. He was professional and well groomed. The work was performed and explained in record time and the bill was pleasantly surprising. They took my coupon which further helped on the bill and told me to keep it untill next time.

It went very well - they responded quickly (ASAP!), which was important for me. But I paid for the privilege. They have standard charges for all services, as opposed to an hourly rate, which has the potential to work to the customer's advantage, but will not most of the time. Charges were on the high side I thought, but the plumber was professional and courteous, and got the job done right.

From start to finish I think I more or less told the story in the area above. I have used ASAP several times and although I think they are a bit pricey I appreciate the prompt professional service that they provide. They never seem to try to sell me something I don't want or need. I live in Sunderland and they are located nearby which is further incentive to follow through on my pledge to 'shop' locally.

Everything went well. The plumber arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. All the work was estimated before proceeding and I was asked for input when needed. I was a little surprised at the price, but he pointed out that the appliances being installed were high-quality from reputable manufacturers and broke down the labor vs equipment costs. The work was performed efficiently and worksites were cleaned up after completion. I have not had any problems with the faucet or pump since they were installed.

Great. He discovered quickly that the problem wasn't a complicated plumbing problem, but a simple problem with the caulking. He also discovered that a drip in an old faucet was also easily fixable. Though he was here for a while and solved both of my problems completely, I was only charged the service charge.
