Great. Ken and his staff were always available for questions, choices, planning & scheduling.
Project was completed very professionally, on time, on budget, and without any problems.
Staff offered to do paperwork for rebates, and did a great job.
We highly recommend them.

Ken was very professional and very good at what he does, he also helps get stuff done with other contractors such as gas company and oil tank removers on short notice. Everything he recommended has worked perfectly and the installation job was very detailed and done right. Him and his son take pride in their work and do quality work. he's on the top of my list of people to call for any hvac or plumbing work.

Since we were pleased with the work they did last year on oil to gas heat conversion (three bids received), we asked them to quote the replacement of the hot water heater. They made a recommendation based on our water usage and also quoted a unit one size larger at our request. We did not get multiple bids this time since we were so pleased with the larger job last year. We decided on the larger unit and they scheduled the job about 2 weeks out. They arrived about 9am and completed the job by about 2pm. They removed the old unit and all old piping. Clean up was thorough and the new piping was properly fit into the existing heating system. They provided the proper documents for obtaining the available rebate. We would recommend them for any HVAC mechanical project!

Ken has a good relationship with the gas utility which was very helpful as this is the busy season. Additionally, the plumbing inspector seemed to have a high regard for the quality of work.
