John and his team designed and installed my pool 8 years ago. John was a great partner in helping make good decisions regarding the layout and choices to strike the balance in cost, aesthetics and function. Superior quality, great product, competitive price. Beautiful results! Always helpful with questions and advice before, during, and after the sale. Team has reliably opened and closed the pool each year and has helped out with little maintenance items as needed. I have learned over the years through our experience that all of the components used in my installation are top notch. We continue to receive compliments regarding how good the pool looks by homeowners and contractors who are always asking who did the work. So happy with our wise decision to go with JC Pool. John's initial presentation was thorough & prices were fair. Pool was installed ahead of schedule. All expectations were met/exceeded.

John and his crew were extremely professional. They came when they said the would come and the pools was up and running for the summer. I have worked with a lot of contractors in the past and I have to say JC Pools is the best I've ever worked with. If you are thinking of installing a pool call them first. The pool service team comes and opens the pool as well as closes it in the fall, they do a great job.

J.C. and his crew were here when they were expected to be and worked hard. If there were delays in the project (the liner came in too big) they discussed it with us and took full responsibility for making sure everything was correct.  We really liked working with John and his crew.  We felt he was honest and fair.  We would (and do have them back every summer to open and close the pool) absolutely have them do work for us again.

The pool has been working well for us, and we have been able to enjoy it. They provided good service. They excavated the area and installed the pool from the wall to the filter to the liner. They were very efficient, professional and courteous. They were neat in their work and cleaned up after themselves very well. Overall, it was a very good operation. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Our experience began when Chuck (C&C pools, he does the installs for above ground pools) came to our home to give us an estimate. It was refreshing because not only was he the sales person but he was also the installer. So when he described how the pool would be installed we could tell that he knew what he was talking about. He helped us chose the best location for the pool, and decide on the options that were best for us. He was great at communicating what and when he was going to do, arrived on time, was professional throughout, and really cared about the quality of the work. The pool liner has a pattern on it and after it was filled with water you can clearly see that everything is perfectly level. Watching him work you could also see that he really enjoyed what he was doing. I highly recommend JC Pools and C&C pools!

They have been great to work with over the years. I could probably shop around to find a better price but their professionalism makes it worth returning. I will continue to see J C Pools for all my pool needs.
