It went very well. The issue was quickly diagnosed and the thermostat was replaced. I was happy to have the thermostat replaced so quickly and on a Sunday before I was leaving for a trip and just before the large nor-Easter was coming. The cost of the work was very fair, but felt that the cost of the replacement thermostat was a bit high.

They're a big company. I'm not a big fan actually, but what they have going for them is that they are a large company, so I know that they can respond pretty quickly. They have many trucks in the area. I think their size is an advantage. I would use them again in an emergency.

It was more than I thought it would cost. I think in terms of responsiveness and availability I think they are very good. I think their price points are pretty high. The toilet was repaired.

They were very good. They were professional and wore booties. They were prompt, and left the area clean. The only issue was one time they sent a guy out whose work didn't turn out well, and their price is kind of high.
