 + -1 moreWINDOW SOLUTIONS IS A SMALL COMPANY BUT I FOUND THEIR PRICES TO BE COMPETITIVE. HE CARRIES THE MAJOR BRANDS AND THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY. HE WAS GENERALLY PROMPT FOR APPOINTMENTS BUT CALLED IF HE WAS GOING TO BE DELAYED. HE WAS THE ONLY BLIND COMPANY OUT OF 4 WHO CAME OUT TO SEE A UNIQUE SKYLIGHT IN A CONDO THAT GOT BACK TO ME WITH A SOLUTION. HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING ONE DAY WHEN WE PLANNED TO DO MEASUREMENTS AT OUR HOUSE AND THE CONDO WHEN I HAD TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO SHOW UP AT THE HOUSE BEFORE WE COULD GO TO THE CONDO. THE ONLY AREA THAT COULD BE IMPROVED SLIGHTLY IS COMMUNICATION BUT THAT IS DUE TO IT BEING A SMALL SHOP. TIM OFTEN PICKS UP HIMSELF SINCE THE OFFICE PHONE IS SOMETIMES FORWARDED TO HIS CELL.
Description of Work: THEY PUT UP WOOD BLINDS THROUGHOUT MY HOUSE AND ALSO PUT UP METAL BLINDS IN MY KITCHEN.
