MEMBER ENDED UP PAYING DOUBLE WHAT THE ESTIMATE WAS. THE COMPANY GAVE THE ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE. THEY SENT THREE MEN AND A TRUCK. IT DID NOT FIT ALL THE BELONGINGS. THE JOB TO MOVE A TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT TOOK 12 HOURS. ONE WORKER DID NOT HELP OUT THAT MUCH. THE OTHER WORKERS WERE REALLY EXCELLENT AND TRIED REAL HARD TO MAKE UP FOR THE POOR WORK OF THE THIRD WORKER. IT TOOK SO LONG THAT THE MEMBER HAD TO HELP OR IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN EVEN LONGER. THE MEMBER STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT A QUOTE BY THE TELEPHONE MAY NOT ALWAYS BE ACCURATE. THIS MEMBER WOULD NOT USE THE COMPANY AGAIN.
