However, HIGHLY disappointed in interactions. First time written estimate was ~ $500 and then somehow was $200 more when I brought car in on appointed day. I was given some story about paint colors etc.
Second time I brought car, was given verbal estimate by Billy (co-owner) for $300 and when I came back I was told it would be $700 and he told me I must have "misunderstood". No misunderstanding. I'm not particularly price sensitive but hate being told it's one thing and more when I bring it back to have the work done. Never going back. Not professional.
The quality of the work was excellent and they completely cleaned the inside and outside of the car.
They could not have been more friendly, helpful and effective. I brought the car in and they asked me if I needed a rental, which I did not. They copied my insurance paperwork and had me on my way in a matter of minutes. I told them I wanted to have some scrapes and scratches buffed out and was expecting to pay extra for that. But they went back to the insurance company and got them to add it onto the estimate and pay the difference directly to them so I didn't have to pay for it. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all.
When I got the car back, it looked absolutely perfect and they took care of everything. I had been looking at that dent and the scratches for months and finally got around to getting them fixed. Once I saw how it looked, I remembered how my car used to look when it was new. I'm so glad I chose Webster to do the work. I would highly recommend them.
