Did someone see my last comment that nobody respond to my request to wash two dogs ? This website and the companies associated to it is a joke and waste of time. Would not recommend

Colleen was able to make time for our buddy, Jake, despite her full client load. He's a 1 year old rescue, and this was our first experience having him groomed, so we really liked the idea of having him groomed quickly and near home, without having him sit in a crate all day.
Colleen arrived on time and listened patiently to us let Jake get comfortable with her. She seemed really experienced with how dogs can behave in this situation, which helped us feel assured.
She gave Jake a great bath, haircut and nail trim in under an hour (he's a smaller dog- about 14 pounds). She had a great rapport with him, and he did not seem upset by the experience at all- which is a glowing review! He is so handsome, soft and ready for spring now!
We have a follow-up appointment scheduled for the summer- really happy to have found this service!

She is great to work with and our animals love her. She has a customized van; they're an A+ company.

I get my dog bathed and trimmed, also my cat's claws clipped. She drives right to you and is amazing! Everything about her business is first class!

Our overall experience was very good. She befriended pet upon the first meeting. She had a good way with her. She listened to our desires and did what we asked. She completed the grooming in a timely manner. Our pet looked great after she finished. There was an additional $10 travel charge since we were outside of her area.

We recently adopted a dog from a shelter (mix of border and bernese) and his fur was all matted. I called Colleen on a Monday evening, expecting an answering machine and she answered personally! That alone reassured me about the personalized service. Colleen was very kind on the phone and had an opening later in the week. Since the dog (Brady) was a little nervous about going into the van, Colleen suggested I lead and she would assist. Perfect! The van was nice and cool, and Brady seemed just fine as I left him. It took about an 1.25-1.5 hours (he really needed grooming) and when they were finished, his tail was wagging and he looked handsome; I really think he felt good about himself:) I thought the price would have been considerably more than what it was, but it was exactly what I had paid for a local grooming shop in Waltham when we had our previous dog groomed. The added benefit is the on-site service and the exceptional care Colleen took with Brady. It was an incredible experience!
