Stanhope was very professional and worked closely with me to best choose a frame and treatment for the piece. They delivered the piece on time and packed for travel. They are pricey but well worth it.

We expected February to be quiet, but they were VERY busy. The woman helping us seemed pressured by the line, so we felt a bit rushed. When she told us it would be ready in a MONTH, we were sorely disappointed. It was ready a day before promised. A few days after placing our order, I found a coupon for 20% off and called to see if they would honor it. The man who answered said the charge went through already, so they wouldn't do it. A credit CAN be done, but they weren't willing, even after I explained this was our first time there and the cost was significant to us. We were very disappointed. For good will and our repeat business and referrals, it would have been worth their while, we thought, to give us the credit. Although the job was done when they promised and we're ultimately satisfied, the length of time and unwillingness to honor our coupon will prevent us from recommending them. We were much happier with the service we got at Corners.
