You can't rush quality and they delivered. The quality of work was just superb! They definitely left us with the and ldquo;Wow!and rdquo; effect. Total professionalism all around. We liked them so much we made the crew lunch every day. The owner is well qualified. He is even a teacher of construction and design at Summerville High School. He was understanding while working with us. I would highly recommend them.

Arrived promptly, was knowledgeable about the problem. Fixed and re-seated vinyl siding. Looks like new.

They were very professional. They showed up early but stayed late. They gave recommendations for better materials when needed. They are good for general construction and full construction work.

They were honest, punctual and timely. It was a good value. They could have been clearer upfront with what exactly we had agreed to. They went ahead with one thing that we had not exactly clarified.

Mario was always quick to respond and accomplished his work quickly and professionally. He even tooksome extra time and helped me out with a permitting issue that was unrelated to his work.

Mario (Sousa and Sons) turned my tired, drab, non-granite-counter-top type condo in Union Square into a fresh, appealing (still non-granite-counter-top- type) place that looked so good it sold within three weeks at a great price! His great work ethic was very much appreciated as he only had a few weeks to do it all: replaced my bathtub unit (a little more complicated than we anticipated,) added two doors, replaced the vinyl bathroom floor and carpet in the bedroom, added a hot water connection to a new washer/dryer combo, installed my ice maker, fixed some thresholds, refinished the pine floors down to the bare wood (they look amazing,) sanded and painted throughout , including framework, (only lamenting that he had to paint my bright colored walls several coats,) fixed some stuff, replaced my kitchen sink and fixtures, did some other minor carpentry. He was very careful moving my stuff around, and showed up when he said he was going to. He went above and beyond my punchlist (such as painting my entire built in bookcase,) and was very thorough. When it was all done he recommended a lovely cleaning woman who did magic at a good price. I would definitely hire him again, and was impressed by the variety of stuff he did well.See

I can't imagine a better contractor to work with. We're on our next big project now, and feel blessed as always to be working with Mario."
