Ron and his assistant removed approx 100sf or ceramic tile set onto concrete. He came to the site the same day I called to estimate cost and then came 2 days later to perform the work. The thinset had bonded with the bare concrete and so both chiseling by hand as werll as a jack hammer was required to remove it. Ron was careful about dust and cleaned up thoroughly when done. The job took 6-7 hours. He was on time and did a great job.

Excellent work; completed quickly according to price (which was for work only- we supplied the material) and schedule; only downside was a bit of a mess left behind, but not problem sweeping up

I had made the mistake of choosing a VERY difficult tile pattern (octagons with different patterns). I thought my husband and I could do this in a weekend. Well after many tears and lots screaming (husband not me) we called Ron. Ron came in and very calmly took over the job he "fixed what we started" and finished it in one day. He came back the next day to check on floor and do the final clean up. We had use of the bathroom the next day. I will never tackle a job like that again.
