Joe is a class act, an expert in his field, and takes a great deal of pride in the quality he brings to his craft. He was able to diagnose my problem and was exceptionally thorough in his repair work. He also was very informative, and did a great job of explaining what was wrong and what he was doing throughout the process. I would hire him again and refer him to a friend or neighbor, without reservation.

Joe helped me out tremendously on very short notice. He was able to replace my electric baseboard heater and thermostat. He showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to offer a few different solutions. He and Bill were able to get the job done in a matter of a couple of hours and the new heater is working beautifully. All in all, I would highly recommend this service.

They didn t fix the problem. Broke my sliding bathroom door when he went to use it. Charged me extra home advisor fee

"First of all, could provided parking, my truck almost got towed or, parking ticket, overloading a circuit, cause serge , also using cheap surge protector, along, with a inexpensive freezer. I use bathroom I did not broke anything in the bathroom. So don't know what talking about. I believe the customer is Dr. Image using this person, as your Dr. Everything is bottom dollar, not using quality materials."

Electrical Baseboard or Wall Heater Service
A wall radiator that you get for $100 and it ended up costing $500 to install. Even at $100 an hour or $120 an hour for two hours wouldve been $240 radiator and $150. Do the math and I think my numbers are high.

Joe from Rapid Electric did an excellent job and really seemed to have my best interests at heart (i.e., did not try to overcharge) and gave me tips on how I could save money by installing electrical fixtures on my own. Joe is great, experienced, honest, well-humored, and did wonderful work. He reached out quickly, scheduled a day to go over the work and provide a quote, then scheduled a day to return and complete the work at the price quoted. He cleanly installed a new heavy duty 20 amp circuit, cleaned up a "rat's nest" of disconnected wires, and provided valuable advice and answers for many electrical-related questions I had for an old house. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend Joe and Rapid Electric to anyone needing any electrical needs. Thanks Joe!
