They were really pretty good. Quality of the doctors, listening and understanding how crazy I am about my pets but they know how to deal with both the animal incredibly well, you know, the animal can't talk but they were able to ferret out from people like myself who are a little hysterical at the time, usually we are bringing them for something that's serious so I think they are really good care providers and human providers, they do both for the animals in our lives and for the human beings. Every time I have a question I can call and get answers.
