Picture Renewal

I went to Steve's location - somewhat inconvenient for me, so I'm glad that we could do everything else via email and mail - with my photo. Within a few days he had removed the dirt, scratches, etc. and restored it to a lovely image. After I approved the restored photo, he sent me a DVD and the seven 5x7 photos I ordered. He's an experienced, skilled photo restorer who I would not hesitate to recommend.

It was my wife's family photo. She was very excited with the results.

An upmost professional. Did not take the task lightly , worked tirelessly for every detail - actually had loving empathy for the deceased and long forgotten. He did such a nice job , my aunt who had lost all hope in living further, now smiles to herself as she spends her waking moments looking at the photo of her happier times with the family. I would definitely go back to Mr Sylvester for all my photo needs and recommend his services to all my acquaintances.

Stephen cleaned them up and restored them beautifully. He was actually able to use other photos I brought to help him reconstruct part of an image. He was very collaborative and kept in regular contact throughout the process to make sure I was happy. I was able to surprise my mother with gorgeous photos of her parents and can't wait to see them framed and in their rightful place of honor on her piano! I had never had photos restored before and will always go to Picture Renewal in the future.

The restoration results were outstanding. The photo now looks like a newly taken black & white picture.

Really well. The picture was stained, faded, and in one place it was gone entirely. I had slivers of the missing picture and Stephen reproduced the whole thing. Amazing. He's also very pleasant and interesting to talk to.

I had a fantastic experience at Picture Renewal! I wanted to have a 75-year-old family photo restored and enlarged.  This was a valuable picture to my family because it was the only existing photo of my 89-year-old mother with all of her siblings.  It was hard to know who I could trust to do this work, so I relied on Angie's list and the reviews here to help me find Picture Renewal.  I am so glad I did!  After talking with owner Stephen Sylvester for just a few minutes in his warm and welcoming home studio, I knew he was the right person for this project.  Clearly knowledgeable about his craft, he listened to what I was hoping to accomplish with my picture and then was able to tell me exactly what needed to be done. His prices were very reasonable, and he did not try to up sell me in any way.  The project was completed more quickly than I could have imagined.  In fact, knowing that my mother's birthday was approaching, he finished the work extra quickly so that I could have the picture ready for the celebration.  Most importantly, the picture came out beautifully! I couldn't be more pleased with the work Stephen did, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing photos restored, edited, scanned, or printed professionally.

45.00 for each of 6 prints 11x14 of second photo.
There is a discount depending on number of prints.

Great.It was a little pricey but worth the cost.Steven was very friendly and professional.I would recommend him to anyone!

Stephan saved an old photo that is valuable to us because it shows our loved ones who are. no longer with us

He was wonderful.  He did an awesome job and his prices were great.

He was excellent.  He blew it up to a 5x7 and repaired it.  He also gave me a few back besides the original.  He did a really nice job.

His service was good. He cares about getting the job done right.  A simple scan of a photo is rather cheap, but a larger photo that needs restoration work could cost more.
