Installation went well, however they dropped the ball on responsiveness. Granted 2015 was a tough winter, and the ice dams were not their issue, however they never returned multiple calls and emails. They came out later and agreed to perform some minor repairs, however they were never completed. I was also promised a 'special' number to call for priority customers, which was also not provided.

I spent $500 on that work and I was satisfied with the job. They were professional, prompt, courteous and clean. They were on time. They get A?s all around.
