 + -1 moreI met with Joyce initially to discuss what we were looking for and she offered to create a sample centerpiece for me. Her personal style is informal as are her flowers. She creates gorgeous arrangements using a wide variety of flowers. It was exactly what I was looking for. In brief, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Description of Work: Nellie's Wildflowers (Joyce is the owner) did the flowers for our daughter's wedding. Joyce was an absolute delight to work with -- responsive, flexible and creative. She not only did a beautiful job on the table centerpieces but she decorated the wedding cake and generally made the space look elegant and summery.

 + -1 moreJoyce returned my call promptly and we set up a time to meet a few days later. She asked a lot of questions to get a sense of the style and formality of the wedding and the reception site. She had good advice for areas to save/splurge. I think her styles may not be for everyone, but I am very happy to have found her. I would recommend her for someone looking for "natural" arrangements.
Description of Work: So far, so good. Planning a relaxed wedding and looking for a reasonable local florist who can work within my price range. Price included bouquet, 7 corsages/boutonnieres, 12 table centerpieces, and delivery/setup. All seasonal flowers and greens. Joyce (the owner) certainly can order any flower you want, but I think more natural informal styles are her specialty. I'll let you know how they turn out!

 + -1 moreJOYCE WAS VERY NICE, AND HER WORK WAS BEAUTIFUL. SHE SET UP THE CHURCH, RECEPTION HALL, AND DELIVERED THE FLOWERS TO BE WORN. SHE WORKED WITH US ON WAYS TO REDUCE THE PRICE OF THE CENTER PIECES, AND REALLY LISTENED TO OUR IDEAS. I WAS 100% SATISFIED WITH HER SERVICE, AND THE FLOWERS! ONE NOTE, SHE WAS OFTEN NOT AS QUICK AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED WITH RETURNING PHONE CALLS (ALTHOUGH NOT SLOW BY ANY MEANS), BUT SHE RETURNED EVERY CALL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
