He is very thorough. He is very responsive if you need an appointment right away you can get one, have to wait a little bit sometimes, but he is always very good about explaining everything to you and answering all your questions. I would use him again.

My wife introduced me to Dr. Menon a few years ago. She made an office visit one day when feeling under the weather, as the office is a block from our house-- she walked in and asked to see the doctor but didn't have an appointment, so the office staff told her to go home and they would call her. Before she even got home, the doctor himself called her and asked her to come back in and he'd make time for her. During that first visit, Dr. Menon suggested that my wife make an annual appointment with him, as she did not have a PCP at that time, and suggested that I do the same. From my first visit, I've been impressed by Dr. Menon's thoroughness and attention to detail. The importance he places on preventative care is apparent by the fact that I have standing annual appointments for blood work and a stress test for the next two years at any given time. Information including my work/home life, interests in outdoor/physical activities, family history and past years' test results are always at his fingertips (or maybe he just remembers them?). He also demonstrates a wide breadth of knowledge and a good sense of humor. Dr. Menon's staff are also top-notch. The entire office is not only quite helpful, but very personable-- even with a small number of office visits each year, many of the staff will recognize me and say hi to me (remembering my name) on the street. Dr. Menon is arguably the best doctor I've had and I'll keep going to him as long as I live in the area (and probably thereafter, assuming it isn't too inconvenient to get to the office).

He is really thorough. He cares about his patients.
