I felt like I was just a number when I returned the car the salesman said you have to pay the remaining two months witch I expected and you have to pay for the cancelation fee witch I knew and then he said that I have to pay for the yearly service and I'm like, can you home me a break I'm a customer and he was like, No, you made a deal with Mercedes not with us, talk about service, so I was like ok there's no hope. to ale matters worse he call me a week later and when I answer he was like I was wondering if you would like to change your car, are you serious, get to show you we're a number

I go there frequently. They fixed me up real good. There was no charge. I drove into a pothole and I gave them a call and they had someone there in less than 30 minutes. I liked that. The initial payment was a little high but I haven't had to pay anything since then. They are professional. I would probably use them again.
