 + 0 moreThe two workmen showed up reeking of alcohol, parked their cars on the sidewalk and extinguished their cigarette butts on our kitchen counters. The work was horrible - poor prep, painting right over hardware, etc. They did not adequately prep to apply latex over calcimine - even though we repeatedly indicated the existence of calcimine - and the kitchen ceiling started to peel three weeks after they left. Just awful.
Description of Work: We hired Robert MacSweeney's company before Angie's list was in existence. Maybe he's cleaned up his act, but our experience was terrible and we fired his team half way through the small job. We hired his company - then based in Newtonville, but with the same phone number - to paint our kitchen and basement stairwell.
