Without saying anything, technician replaced doorknob lock with different type of locking mechanism. Looked like original type of lock but wasn't. When I realized what he had done (10 mins after he left) I called him to say I wanted him to come back and install the same type of lock I already had. He became confrontational and refused. I called the company to complain and 30 mins later tje tech called to apologize and promised to come back the next day at an agreed upon time to replace the lock with tje type I originally had. He never showed up. This happened 2 more times on 2 more days. Ultimately the company refused to honor their promise to correct their error and said it was my fault for not specifying that i wanted my lock replaced with the same type of lock. I spent more than 3 hours total dealing with this company by phone and changed plans to accommodate their promises to show up.
