Overall it went great. Lee was able to come on short notice, which helped me out a lot as I was showing the apartment for rent that weekend. Came with 2 other guys and completed the work in 1 visit. The hallway looks so much better than before. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved and Lee is always very friendly and a pleasure to interact with.
Description of Work: Lee has done work on my house on a number of occasions and I've always been very pleased. Most recently stripped wallpaper from old plaster walls in a hallway, prepped walls, primed, 2 topcoats, prepped and painted trimwork in the hallway (baseboards, trim around several doorways)

Lee scraped the doorways mostly by hand and got the trim down to bare wood in most places. The baseboards were very hard pine and did not sand well but he did get in shape for painting. In all he was very clean, very responsive. I felt his price was very competitive. I would absolutely use Lee again and highly recommend him!
Description of Work: I had doorways and baseboards in two rooms that needed sanding and scraping. The doorways had at least 10 layers of paint and a previous contractor basically gave up halfway through the job.

Very detailed. The interior plastering work was done very well. He has taken rooms where the plastering was old and brought the room back to life.

LEE DOES SUPERB WORK...2 YEARS AGO, HE PAINTED THE EXTERIOR OF OUR 150-YEAR-OLD VICTORIAN. THE PAINT HAS HELD UP WELL. HIS MOST RECENT JOB WAS COMPLETED MID-JANUARY AFTER A MAJOR CEILING LEAK IN 2 ROOMS CAUSED CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE. THE END RESULT LOOKS BETTER THAN NEW!
Description of Work: Repair water damaged plaster work in 2 rooms, then paint the lot.

HE DID A FLAWLESS JOB OF REPAIRING PLASTER IN THE KITCHEN, MAKING IT BEAUTIFUL. YOU HAVE TO REMIND HIM TO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHEN CUTTING IN CONTRASTING COLORS. BUT HIS ABILITY TO DO PLASTERING MAKES HIM AN ASSET TO ME. OVERALL, HIS PRICES ARE IN THE MODERATE RANGE.
