Great work at a reasonable price. I have used them on multiple occasions, and they always do a great job. The last job involved plastering an uneven wall, and they came up with a solution that looks good and will last. I recommend them highly.

The job went well. I recieved other estimates and his was the most reasonable. Once work started they were there each day until the job was completed. They cleaned the whole place. I am plann to add rooms in my attic and I will not bother with the other companies.

Kinsale did an excellent job; the proposal was competitive, the timing was reasonably timely, they came in and put up the blueboards in 2 days and the plastering in two days. The guys were great - punctual, friendly, very focused on getting the job done and done right. I definitely intend to hire them again.

I needed some plastering work done on my kitchen ceiling, and I only had a few days before my place was going on the market. Kieran at Kinsale called me right back and managed to squeeze me in. He and his guys did a great job - they were clean, respectful, did beautiful work - and they charged me a very fair price. I was so grateful to them!

Kieran came out and looked at the condo, explained what needed to be done and gave a good estimate for the work. He worked around the tenants schedule to do the repairs. The crew arrived at the scheduled time to do the repair, the put tarps down to catch all of the debris. The tenant had moved a book case and found another huge problem that needed to be fixed. The crew took care of that as well.   The area of the foundation crack was pretty large. The repair work consisted of applying a coat of usg weldobond, installing a reinforced fiberglass mesh, base coating the walls with a Veneer plaster mixed with easy sand and final finishing smooth with a Veneer plaster. The repairs made the walls look like new and will probably last longer than the original walls.  The price went up a little due to the additional damage found after the estimate but was very reasonable. The crewed cleaned everything up and helped move the furniture back.  Fantastic company to work with.

Kieran came for an estimate on a Saturday--very soon after we called for the estimate and much sooner than others. He gave a verbal estimate rather than a written one. He was succinct in his description of what needed to be done. He had a cancellation that week and was able to schedule the work that Thursday, which was great given the business has been much sought after given the ice dams of the past winter. His crew arrived a little in advance of the stated start time (official at 7:30 but they were here for prep at about 7:10) and Kieran himself arrived promptly at the appointed time. The crew carefully removed some office and kitchen furniture and covered the rest very carefully and covered the floors well too. The ceilings were scraped and patched with plaster to a nearly new smoothness. (This will look even better once we get a painter comes to sand and paint, which cannot be done for another 5 days as the plaster dries.) They carefully worked around the electricians who came at the same time to install a bathroom ventilation fan (the lack of which led to the lumpy ceiling there). All of the plastic and paper and tape put down was removed and they did a reasonably good job cleaning up bits of debris and hauled this all away. All was done by 1:00 pm. Keiran stood by his word and the charge was $750.  (The only drawback was not getting a written estimate or final invoice, which some people working with insurance might want, but given the good reviews I was sure he'd stick to his word. I imagine he would give a written invoice if asked for one.) Overall this was a job well done.

Kieran and his crew arrived on time and proceeded to remove furniture in kitchen (approx. 12' x 25') ,cover the floor and walls with plastic.  They worked non-stop until the job was done.  The ceiling has a beautiful smooth finish.  They cleaned up after the work was done and even washed the kitchen floor.  He also did some patch work on a downstairs bathroom wall which had some water damage.

Their price was competitive.

Kinsale did the job in a day, and it came out just as we hoped. We were responsible for painting afterwards, as Kinsale only plasters, but they plaster well.

The crew was professional and timely.  The quality of the work was excellent and I thought the cost was reasonable.  I would use the company again in a second. 

This was a complicated job. A large hole had been opened up in the living room ceiling for some plumbing repairs. There were three layers of plaster and plasterboard, a textured finish to match, and the hole was against nice crown molding. Keiran stopped by when promised to quote the work, he described what his crew would do, and what to expect. His quote wasn't the lowest but I had been blown off by two other plasterers with lower quotes so perhaps Keiran's quote included him returning and doing the work. I told him I was in no rush. Within a couple of weeks, he called to schedule the job and he and his crew showed up as scheduled. They were professional, very clean, and quick. Job done in the span of an afternoon. The quality of the work was high and I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Kieran the owner of Kinsale Plastering was a pleasure and very professional to work with. He provided a reasonable cost estimate for this job. All of his employees were very friendly and courteous and did a great job on the blue boarding and plastering of my bathroom and kitchen. The job was done on time and they did a super job of cleaning up once they were finished. I would not hesitate to hire Kinsale Plastering again in the future.

I'd highly recommend using Kinsale Plastering.  We're doing a lot of the work in our kitchen ourselves, but when we saw how destroyed our drywall was we knew we needed to consult a professional.  Kieran is incredibly responsive and professional.  His guys were fast and thorough.  In the end he came back to inspect their work.  The walls look like new--totally level and ready for tile/paint.  Overall we are very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

Kinsale plastering installed blue board and plastering on a recent kitchen renovation that was completed just before the Holidays.
They were a sub to my builder that recommend them who also had good reviews on Angie List.
The project involved new blue board that was installed and the plaster had to be matched up to older existing plaster.
Overall the work came out great and on time

The job went very smoothly. Kieran was easy to schedule with and came on time. He had one scheduling delay, but was in touch with me to let me know and then came back as scheduled. The quality of the work appears to be very high. The edges of the board are well done and the seams are invisible.

I called Kinsale a few weeks before my project work to get a quote.  I left a message and the owner, Kieran, called me back the next day and was able to come over at a convinient time for me to take a look at the project.  He gave me a quote on the spot and told me he could start the work whenever I was ready.  Kieran was very friendly and was straightforward with how long the project would take.
I had gotten one additional quote from a competing comapny and it was somewhat higher than Kinsale so I decided to hire Kinsale for the job.
I ended up having to cancel on Kieran twice due to some other work that needed to be finished before plastering not being completed in time but he was very accomidating and once we finally got a day schedueld he had a larger crew come in so that all the work could be completed in just 1 day.
The overall quality was very good.  The crew did a great job protecting the floor and all of the appliances while working and also did a great clean up at the end. They were also very friendly when I stopped in mid day to check out the quality of the work.  Kieran was on site in the morning when the work began and he also came back at the end of the day to inspect the final result.
Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely hire them again.
