Very quick and smooth job

I've put March 2014 as the last time he worked for me. But honestly, I'm not sure of the date. As long as you can reach him and he comes to your house, he's great. Nice guy, good plumber. But try and reach him and get him to answer your phone call???? I've given up. It's just impossible. It's really too bad. I wonder what's up with this guy. Doesn't he want business? Anyway, it's another story about a talented person who seems (in my opinion) to self-sabotage by driving clients away.

John came and responded very quickly to my urgent call when my boiler overheated, diagnosed the problem quickly, took the time to explain to me how to keep my boiler functioning well.  Price was very reasonable.

John  was great. Professional, punctual, a pleasure to work with. The installation was during a period of several large snowstorms, which made it much more difficult to get in and out of the basement with the tools and equipment. John displayed a great attitude throughout the installation process. He dismantled the old boiler and some of the piping and removed the old overflow tank and installed the new one, working long hours to make sure we had heat in the dead of winter. I would definitely hire him  again..

John was very honest and fair, as well as punctual. He saw that the water heater was in good shape  except for the heating elements. He therefore did not push me to replace the entire water heater. He was on time and quick to perform the work.

Was a little cheaper, then the other business. I appreciate their business.

I called yesterday. He returned my call today, and he arrived shortly thereafter. He did a great job. He went out of his way with my kitchen and took care of it.

This is an update from 2013 - John Aldorasi is STILL a life saver- for me as a landlord- I can't live without him. 
Always does an excellent job - efficiently and timely. He is an excellent person, friendly and calm natured, informative, explanatory, honest, thorough, and totally reliable. 

I called Aldorasi because our third-floor tenants had no heat, and I couldn't get their boiler to light. He came promptly, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new thermocouple. I was pleased.

I contacted John late Thursday night about a clogged drain at my investment property looking for service asap. John contacted me the very same night and informed me that he could perform the job on Saturday morning. He was on-time, courteous, quick and did a great job un-clogging our drain. Overall great experience, definitely would hire again.

Called Wed eve about a leaky disposal - JC was able to come out Friday morning, as promised, to take a look. Gave good advice, ran out to the supply store for the right parts, and came back and installed in short order. Everything appears to be working fine now. Great to work with, and at a fair price.

This is the second time I hired him. We were very pleased with his work. He came on time, was flexible and easy to communicate with, and price was reasonable. Thank you John.

I was away and had left guests in my house when the hot water boiler broke down. My guests called Mr Aldorasi, who has worked for me before, he came, dealt entirely with my guests, replaced the themostat and got the boiler going again. It was a wonderfully trouble free experience when it might easily not have been.

We were very pleased.

He arrived on time when he said he would, was professional and courteous. He solved both repairs quickly and charged a reasonable price for his work.

He is really good. I would rate him highly. I have used him about 5 times so far. I got a quote from him about a week and half ago to install a radiator in the front room and convert a pantry into a washer dryer space. The job went very well when he was here to install the boiler. He was very knowledgeable and he seemed to be very honest compared to other quotes that we received. He was the first plumber to actively diagnose what was wrong with our boiler and it ended up being cracked. He was the only plumber who took it apart and disassembled it to see what the actual issue was. He is very good. We like him a lot. He fixed a sewer pipe problem we had. He had to restructure and prop up a drain pipe in our basement.

My wife accidentally dropped an earring down the drain. I attempted to retrieve it and ended up snapping the drain pipe. JC was booked up that day but said he could come first thing the next morning. He did so and made quick work of the problem, replacing the pipe with a thicker one that would be less prone to breakage. He also spent several minutes afterward discussing options for an old gas heater.

We originally scheduled him to come on a weekday morning. We waited around until the end of the window when he said he would come, and didn't see him. I gave him a call. He had forgotten the appointment because he was going through emergency plumbing calls. So, he rescheduled for later in the day. Before he was due, he game me another call, saying that he was parked in by a dumpster at a job, and couldn't make the appointment.

We rescheduled again for another day, and he showed up on time and did the work quickly. He had everything he needed for the job on hand. He gave me a discount because of the rescheduling.

I thought he was good at his work, once he showed up. He was prompt the second time, and one of the missed appointments was out of his control. So, I would consider using him again for work on my house.

It went great - He was prompt, thorough and was patient and answered all of my questions. (It's a new home and I'm learning about our plumbing state of affairs) I'll definitely contact Aldorasi Plumbing for our future needs!

Reasonable price (lowest offer), pleasant and courteous service, punctual, high quality - can't ask for more!

He is easy to talk to, answer my questions patiently, and does not rush the job. His price is reasonable, I am very happy with his work.

It took him four hours, so it was expensive. However, when he was done we had heat (and the furnace has worked since then). I felt John was personable, hard-working, skillful and that his rates were competitive. I would recommend him for furnace work (I haven't yet used him for other plumbing work, so I can't comment on that, but I plan to call him in the future).

Although a little difficult to reach on the phone, John was prompt, did the work for the amount quoted, and did an excellent job. He has serviced our furnace and radiators twice, and we plan to use him again.

Everything went very well. They were worked cleanly. The previous contractor hadn’t done that great of a job and you could really tell the different.
