A very pleasant experience. This company returned our call immediately, and offered to remove the automobile from our property the following day. The tow-truck arrived right on time, and the driver was quite professional.

Beacon St is a very busy street in downtown Boston...I didn't want to have my car causing any traffic delays...so when I called HP they answered promptly and their truck arrived extremely fast (15 min). They were very friendly and understanding when I explained the urgent situation. I'd say they did an amazing job in being so fast and responsive. The driver looked very experienced and nice.If I need any towing services again I'll definitelly use them.
