GILMAN GUIDELLI & BELLOW

We had heard horror stories about undertaking renovations of this size. There is no better general contractort in my mind than Gilman Guidelli. On schedule, ahead of ahead of expectations and tremendous attention to detail.

They were quite excellent. All of the things were excellent. I would give an A. They came when they said they would come. They were very clean and neat. They did excellent work. They were on a high end side. They cleaned up.

The crew was prompt each day, friendly and worked without blaring radios. Each person was meticulous in his work including using a large magnet to pick up old nails every night. Debris was taken away nightly. Also the weatherstripping around doors, rotted window sills needed replacing, as well as door jamb tweaking needed to be done with a solution to use a brass striping to align both dead bolt locks. They worked with evident pride in the solutions they came up with. The scheduling was efficient and on time, with Jason coming by after the work was done to check with us as to any punch list items. Would heartily recommend Gilman & Guidelli!
