I've used her for years.  She is thorough, well placed and very friendly.

Appointment was made easily and promptly. Cleaning crew of four arrived on scheduled date on time with supplies however three hours later when I came to see the apartment, I realized it had been only superficially cleaned, e.g. hardwood floors were not mopped only vacummed, bathtub and sink were clean but the molding and window ledges were dusty and cabinet doors still had food stains. I was very disappointed as the apartment was vacant and it seemed like a pretty straight forward job.

The work turned out great with her. She has just been superb and I have no negative feedback. We found her through friends. She is completely reliable and delightful to work with. We have been completely happy with her. Her price is very reasonable and she is more affordable than many.

She?s been coming to my house for some time with a small group of women. I can count on her to be reliable and thorough. I?m very content and will continue to use her in the future.

I liked her a lot. She did a good job. Her prices were very competitive. She was very reliable, but, she always brought in different set of girls with her every time. So, it got very frustrating and I no longer use her.

Gilca promptly returned my initial call and came out to have a look at what I needed to have done. We talked about what I needed cleaned and she said she would take the job. She said she would come with her crew on Saturday, 3 weeks ago, and she never showed up or called. Haven't heard from her since. While she spoke English, I wasn't sure she understood what I was saying some of the time. The language barrier made it difficult to have a good comfort level that each of us understood the other. Another puzzling part of this was that I asked her how much she charged and she wouldn't give me an answer. So to try to get some sort of idea what the cost would be, I asked how much it would be per hour and she refused to give me a rate but she would tell me how much it was when the job was done. Very disconcerting.

Gilca works with a team of 3 women. When Gilca interviewed with us she asked questions about how we like things done that clearly showed she knows what she is doing and pays a great deal of attention to details. Gilca with 4 workers for the initial visit and did a very thorough cleaning -- they covered every inch of the house; very deep cleaning; very thorough and detail oriented; did things exactly as we had requested. We have hired Gilca for ongoing 1x per week cleaning at a rate of $150/week. Although this price may seem high, if you want a meticulous job (like we do), then the price is very appropriate for the quality of her work.

Gilca came with two helpers and did a terrific job cleaning my two-bedroom condo, for a fee of $80 (initial deeper cleaning). I have now arranged a regular weekly cleaning for $65/week. I called her references and she was extremely highly recommended.

Gilca and her girls are great. They are thorough and trustworthy. The first time they came my house shined! Every once in a while I need to remind them to focus on something (i.e. dust the lights, window sills, etc.) but they follow through on specific requests and do extras. I trust them fully in my house. They charge more than others but you can trust them.

GILCA WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, AND I THINK REASONABLY PRICED. I FEEL VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND HER AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

SHE IS EXCELLENT. GILCA AND HER CREW CLEAN AND ORGANIZE THE HOUSE. SHE'S ALSO VERY CAREFUL ABOUT WOOD FLOORS; SHE RECOMMENDED WE USE VINEGAR & WATER RATHER THAN MURPHYS TO SAVE THE FINISH. SHE REALLY PAYS ATTENTION TO THE LITTLE THINGS LIKE DUSTING THE BATHROOM LIGHTS. GILCA AND HER TWO CREW MEMBERS ARE POLITE AND KIND. THEY WERE ESPECIALLY MINDFUL NOT TO LET OUR PETS OUT. IT'S A BLESSING TO RETURN HOME TO SUCH A WONDERFULLY CLEAN HOUSE. I RECOMMEND HER.

THEY DID OVER AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED. NOT ONLY WAS EVERYTHING I HAD REQUESTED CLEANED THOROUGHLY, BUT ALL OF THE WINDOWS AND SILLS WERE WASHED AND EVERYTHING WAS DUSTED AND WIPED CLEAN. THEY WERE A LITTLE LATER IN ARRIVING THAN I EXPECTED, BUT I HAD GIVEN THEM VERY SHORT NOTICE ON THE JOB. GILCA HAD ACTUALLY REARRANGED HER WEEK TO ACCOMMODATE MY SCHEDULE.

SHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, VERY THOROUGH AND ALSO TENDED TO DETAILS. I'VE HAD SEVERAL HOUSE CLEANERS IN THE PAST, BUT GILCA IS RELIABLE, HARD WORKING AND HER WORK IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. I WOULD RECOMMEND GILCA WITHOUT HESITATION.

GILCA AND HER TEAM SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND PROCEEDED TO DO ALL THAT WE HAD AGREED TO. THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB OF REMOVING THE CARPETS, CLEANING THE BASEMENT, REMOVING UNWANTED DEBRIS, AND LEAVING EVERYTHING IN GOOD ORDER. I FEEL THAT SOME OF THE OTHER CLEANING COMPANIES MAY HAVE MADE IT WORSE BY USING TOO MUCH WATER, OR JUST NOT BEING KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK OF GILCA AND HER TEAM.
