FIRST CALL COMPUTERS

I left my computer with them, told them the problem, and they said they'd take a look and call me back within a day or two to tell me what was wrong with it. They never called back. When I called them, they said they needed more time to diagnose the problem. They called back with apologies and said the computer needed a component, nicely explained the issue, and told me the price, which I agreed to. Ten days later, having heard nothing from them, I went to the store and took my computer back (not fixed).

There is only one guy, Williams and he does a good job. He is very diligent. He charges me just one time for the problem and not for each time he comes out to repair it. He usually charges me $150 but it again depends on what he does. I can call him and talk to his wife and feel pretty comfortable talking to her about him. He is very respectable when he comes. He will show what he says he will show or else he will call and let me know.

I was very happy with them. I had taken it to another company and they didn't do a very good job. Theses guys did an excellent job and it didn't cost me much. The other place charged me twice as much. They explained things to me well. They did the job quickly. I was so pleased that I couldn't believe it.

Very well. Every time.

It did take First Call a while to get the parts but they came through. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!

This was a great experience. Mr. Clemente arrived about 20 minutes after I placed my distress call and moved quickly and efficiently to repair my problems. Because I had explained on my inquiry call that I thought the problem was my router, he arrived with a new router in hand. He first checked to see if a patch would fix my existing router and, when it was clear that would not work, installed the new router. He was pleasant and professional; a delight to work with.

I was completely satisfied with his work and most importantly know I have a resource who can help if I need something later related to the computer I bought from him. He has consistently provided top service in the 3 years I have been hiring him.

WILLIAM CLEMENTE CAME OUT WITHIN A DAY OF MY CALL. HE WAS ON TIME, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS VERY LAID BACK, EASY TO TALK TOO. WHEN HE RETURNED MY COMPUTER HE STAYED FOR AN HOUR SHOWING ME WHAT HE DID, AND ALSO SOME SHORT CUTS FOR ME TO USE. I THINK HIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

THE OWNER, WILLIAM, DID THEM ALL VERY WELL. WILLIAM WAS POLITE, TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDABLE, ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND WORKED WITH ME UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS WORKING CORRECTLY. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM. HE IS A GOOD PERSON.
