They were great. The intial set of passport photos were incorrect.....my error not theirs. They were happy to redo them and didnt charge me for it.

The receptionist understood straight away that my passport photos needed to be taken differently than USA. She stated that they had a lot of experience taking passport photos for other countries and made me feel very confident they would accommodate my needs. She took the instructions that I had printed and gave them to the photographer, along with explaining to him the different requirements.
The photographer was very understanding and worked very hard to get the passport photos exactly right. I also noticed that on the walls of the room that he had many printed instructions for different counties passport photo requirements. So, if you need non-USA passport photos this is the place to go!
I am happy to report that I now have my passport and the photos were done exactly as required.
