Eric came by to provide a piano tune and to listen to a few things I noticed on my piano. He was able to quickly identify the source of the different concerns I had with some clicking and fuzziness. He explain the causes clearly and recommended potential solutions. It was very helpful to get some specific information on what was happening and why to figure out if its worth addressing or not. He also did an excellent tune of the piano.
