Overall it went great. They are very good, professional and trustworthy. My only comment is that they could be a bit more punctual.

My building contractor introduce me to Viviane and Bruno (Viviane does the cleaning, Bruno is kind of the driver). Viviane and her crew of one or two other women are the hardest working people I have ever worked with. The came to our disaster of a home and thoroughly cleaned it. By the time they left everything sparkled. My wife and I actually redid our household budge to include a cleaning once a month from Viviane. Viviane, who is Brazilian, is working on her English and it is getting much better, but regardless, she will know what to do. Bruno will do some interpretation for her too. We use their service now once a month. I recommender to everyone, they are the best.
