Community Builders is fantastic. It can be tough to get on their schedule, because they are so good, but it's well worth it. They have worked in every kind of old home, and seen it all....so when you're in the midst of a renovation and you find unexpected issues (as you invariably do in an older home), they were never thrown, and always had great suggestions on how to fix them. Extremely professional, with extraordinary communication along every step of the way, Steve Preston (who managed our project), was a pleasure to work with.

CDC have been my general constractors for years, they are extremely responsive, thoughtful and thorough. They are working through word of mouth for the most part, which tells you that they are very appreciated.
