First of all, when I looked up McCauley's license online during the transaction, it EXPIRED. I placed a SOLE bid on the property (3% above asking price). 72 hours later w/no other bids, there was NO response from ANYONE at C21. Knowing I was willing to pay above market, apparently they wanted to create a bidding war w/no luck. Many repairs were outlined during the inspection & were placed in the P&S to negotiate. NO contact was made to counter this & at the 11th hour (literally @ 4 PM on a Friday the P&S was due), the attorney representing the seller said 'the deal is off unless you get me the P&S to me in ONE HOUR'. In a major miracle, the signed P&S was delivered & these SAME agents went MIA for 1 WEEK post P&S. I've never seen such unprofessional & unethical behavior. Also, these two wanted me to USE THEIR BANK/agent for my purchase! Stay away from this duo.
