First, everything had to come out of the bathroom. We then cleaned the tub and vacuumed the floor. He came out and put brown paper up everywhere to protect everything. It did in the end go on some stuff, my beautiful oak doors and some on the bottom of the toilet. He was here for about 2-3 hours. The smell could knock you out cold. We kept the door closed. He recommended not to use the tub for at least 3-4 days to cure. After 3 days I opened the door to let some of the smell out, I looked at the tub and it was all drippy. I called them and the contractor let me know that it was normal but they let me know he would come out and fix it and he did. It is common issue, and he rolled it out. After a week I see there is still rust around the drain and still visible under the glaze.. Their idea of covering it up is glazing. After 4 weeks I am still not able to use my tub. He gave me a date to come out and fix it. He never did show up and nor did he call. I then contacted the company directly and they said they would have him call me. He finally got back with me and came back out and fixed it again. I finally just got to use it for the first time on July 13, 2013. The process just took way too long and the smell was unbearable. It just didn't come out the way I wanted. I would really like to have my money back. I thought it was just going to look brand new. So I am not happy. If I had it to do over again, I would jut get a new tub.
