The were quick to respond, estimate was timely. Finished product was excellent and design was nice. The fix the closet and there are not issues with the rack. I am pleased with the workmanship. The have resolved the problem in a timely manner.

Not only were they the best quote of three, they also gave us the best design for a somewhat awkwardly shaped master bedroom closet.  We needed the closet to be done immeidtaely becuase we had just moved and were living out of suitcases.  They scheduled us within one week of the quote.  (the other 2 quotes had wait times up to 6-8 weeks and/or most materials out of stock) They did the work in a very timely fashion and cleaned the place before leaving.  They had to come back to install the front face of the drawers because the parts were out of stock but did so in a few weeks.  When they came back we even asked for them to do more work.  Overall, an excellent experience.

They finished the work in a timely fashion. We were having a party at that time and everything was out of my closet. They were here within a couple of weeks and were able to install everything. They did a great job. She came up with the cleverest idea to try to squeeze such a long hand space in my closet. I had three vendors dome with designs and she was the best. Everything went smoothly and I had no trouble.

Dave came promptly after my call and took measurements and made suggestions. I had a written estimate and sketch in a few days. There were a few changes/adjustments to the measurements which I sent to him and had a revised plan in a few more days. Installation was set up for a week later. Leno came to do the installation right on time. He covered everything with drop cloths and worked quietly. I noticed an issue with the location of a light fixture. Without any complaint, he removed what he had hung, made an adjustment and rehung it. When he was finished, all the surfaced were cleaned and he vacuumed the area.

They were the least expensive and I've heard good things about them. It took them about one day to do each closet. They made the closets much more usable.

Overall it went very well. Installer arrived early and the installation was finished in less than 2 hours. Final price matched the quote. They forgot one piece but when I asked about it he said he had the part in his truck. He went out, got it and installed it.

Excellent experience from start to finish, again. Dawne Kenney of Boston Closets called me a few weeks after installing a full custom closet for one bedroom and said there was "an October special." Our only need at the time was for 2 kids closets--both kids were jealous of the other kid's new closet. Dawne customized the designs for a 13-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy. Both work very well given the odd spaces of the closets. In all, the experience was exactly as promised and expected regarding timing, quality, and price. (Despite hideous traffic, the installer was in the driveway 5 minutes early!).

Excellent experience from start to finish, and it was fast. I invited three companies to meet with me, recommend a design, and provide a quotation. Dawne Kenney of Boston Closets was the best, by far. She knows the industry (including the other players, though she took great pains to be factual and complementary) and converted my description of my son and how he uses space into a great design that maximized the use of the space. Their price was 9-15% lower than the competition, using equal or better materials (thickness) and then she threw in one extra drawer and an extra shelf. She scheduled installation within 10 days of us placing the order, whereas others expected installation to happen in 2-3 weeks or more. Installation was done by a delightful guy in about 4 hours. The closet is fabulous, and I know this because my son uses it and is able to keep his room entirely presentable very easily.

Steve was great to work with. Extremely courteous and reliable. He was also extremely patient - which we appreciated because there were a lot of moving parts to the project (we had some demolition and construction done to make the bedroom closet bigger). The staff we worked with were also very knowledgeable about the products they carry. I do think they could improve their showroom a bit in order to give potential customers a professional sense of what the end result can look like.
