We also perform remodeling services, especially bathrooms and kitchens. Our residential services are well known and well respected in the Greater Boston/Metro-West area. In March Brian's team installed a new auto feeder on one boiler, then serviced both boilers on the property. It was difficult to schedule that visit. 7 months later I asked them to come back because 1 boiler was making some noise. The diagnosis was that it was very dirty and had not been serviced in many years. Despite sharing their own paid invoice showing that they themselves serviced it 7 months earlier, and 7 low-use months earlier, they insisted it was dirty and had not been serviced. I wanted to trust Brian but his plumber's diagnosis left me feeling that they had either not done the first service or were lying about the boiler needing another one. 3 weeks later and its been impossible to confirm a time that they will come back. Very unprofessional.

If you want high quality work performed by smart plumbers, then BM Holmes is for you. I was very happy with all of the work Brian and his guys did on my house, which underwent extensive renovation. Nothing leaks and I sleep well at night! Can't complain.
