It was terrible.  We expect a taxi to be on time, clean, with helpful dispatchers.

They are very good and they charge a flat rate. You can reserve one for coming home too. They had a communication issue on my trip back and I did have to wait a half hour for the driver to get me picked up.

Horribly. This was a case of total lack of professionalism, a lack of attention to safety, and total disregard for the customer's feelings, safety and rights.

Overall the process went pretty smoothly. I made the reservation the evening before, as my flight was changed last minute and they were able to accommodate my early pick up time. The dispatcher was a bit short with me, but he was thorough and accurate. The car arrived about 5 minutes early and was in adequate condition. Everything worked, but you could tell it was an older car and had a good amount of wear. Then again, I was just happy to get a reasonably-priced ride to the airport since the other quote I received was in the $80-90 range. The driver was knowledgeable and friendly and I got to the airport in less than 20 minutes.

It took several rings to answer the phone, but the guy was very polite and assured me there would be no problem having a cab out in the morning. The taxi was actually early. I left the house 5 minutes before 5:00 and found it waiting outside. The driver was polite and professional and made a point of confirming the rate before we left ($30 flat fee.) The car was relatively clean and well-maintained. There was no divider between front and back and the front passenger seat was pushed forward, making it less claustrophobic than other cabs. I was surprised and impressed that the driver wore his seat belt and drove courteously, actually yielding to merging traffic along the way. He was also knowledgeable about the airport layout, correcting me when I misremembered which terminal my airline was at. I got to the airport in about 20 minutes and was offered a receipt without having to ask. It was even properly filled out (other cabs usually just give me a blank form.)

We scheduled the cab the night before and it arrived on time early in the morning. We paid a fixed fare of $35 to Logan Airport, which was good value, but the condition of the cab was horrendous. The fumes were so strong that we had almost passed out by the time we arrived at the airport! The cab was not roadworthy and certainly shouldn't have been transporting passengers.

The guy who answers the phone listens well, makes sense, and offers advice about how much time to leave for the trip to the airport. I can give my credit card number over the phone and then use it to pay in the cab. The cab usually arrives a little before the reserved time, and the drivers have always been perfectly fine. The only negative thing to say is that once, the cab was in bad condition- the windshield wipers didn't work, so the driver reached out his window, squirted the windshield with Windex, and wiped with a paper towel (this is why I put a B for quality of their work). The other cabs have been fine.
